My App Just Crashed. What Do I Do?

Here is a step by step guide on how to force close iScape for troubleshooting.

1. Double tap the home button on your device
2. Swipe iScape upward
3. Open iScape back up
To force close on a device without the home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen then right in one gesture. From there, you will see all your opened apps and you can start swiping up to close.

You can also try deleting and reinstalling iScape.
As long as your designs/image uploads are saved to the cloud, you should not lose them when deleting the app. Go to Settings on your device > tap the Apple ID banner at the top > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > iPhone/iPad- This iPhone/iPad > you should then see iScape listed below CHOOSE DATA TO BACK UP > be sure iScape is turned on
After downloading, login with your iScape account credentials (case sensitive).
If your subscription isn’t recognized and features are locked, go to the drawer (3 lines at top left) > settings > restore purchases.
If that doesn’t help, could you please provide the following:
1. The email address (case sensitive) your iScape account is registered under
2. The device type you’re using (i.e. iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd Generation)
3. The IOS version (i.e. IOS 13.3)
